FAQ

Can I upgrade or downgrade at any time?

Yes. Changes take effect immediately. When upgrading, you're charged a prorated amount. When downgrading, the credit is applied to future billing.

What happens when I exceed my token limit?

On the Free tier, requests return a 429 error. On Pro, additional tokens are billed at the standard rate. Enterprise plans have custom arrangements.

Is there a trial for Pro?

Yes — all new accounts get a 14-day Pro trial. No credit card required.

Do you offer discounts for startups or open source?

Yes. Email partners@shellapps.com with details about your project.

How does billing work for teams?

Pro is per-seat. Enterprise includes unlimited seats. Contact sales for team pricing.
